A Singaporean-born Australian, he is the winner of the iconic MasterChef Australia (2018) reality cooking show. He worked in a special police unit for 12 years in Singapore before participating in MasterChef.
Translating his childhood culinary memories to modern interpretations, his innate passion for Indian, Malaysian and Chinese cooking gives the menu a twist of authenticity. He has created a warm and hearty menu with a Modern Peranakan core for Pandan Club.

MB is Managing Director/Owner of Star City Hotels where Pandan Club is poshly situated in Chennai. With 27 years of invaluable experience in investing and managing hotels and restaurants in Chennai and Australia, MB is a co-founder and the backbone of Operations of Pandan Club.
He has successfully operated a heritage project in Sydney- The Great Southern Hotel. He boosts the team’s confidence with his extensive knowledge to streamline finance and operations.
Anes Wasintan
